Free mulch - Available at the City Recycling Center located in the Northeast Metro County Park (Pecan and FM 130). This is also the location for recycling many household goods plus yard refuse. Please note that the Recycling Center is open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays from 8 am - 5 pm.
Pflugerville Watering Rules- You may water two days each week based on the last digit of you address as follows:
Odd: Wednesday and Saturday
Even: Thursday and Sunday
Acceptable Watering Times:
12 Midnight - 10 a.m.
7 p.m. - 12 Midnight
